We proudly provide a seven-day full refund policy for items purchased either in-store or through our online store. The refund period begins from the date of receipt by the customer. Within this window, you have the option to return the item and receive a full refund.

Extended 30-Day Store Credit

As an expression of our gratitude to our valued customers, we extend the return period to 30 days for store credit. Should you decide to initiate a return between the 8th and 30th day after receiving your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit equivalent to the item's purchase amount.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions

Please adhere to the following conditions for all returns and exchanges:

  • The item must remain in its original shipping condition, free from wear, damage, or alterations, including changes in sizing.
  • You should provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item.
